PACKAGING

Special importance is given to the packaging of aluminum profiles. The packaging area is equipped with conductors, packing tables, a saw for wooden bars, "COBRA" packing machine.

Depending on the loading-unloading conditions, requirements to profiles, volume of the order, distance to the point of destination the plant uses several types of packaging for products:

- wooden boxes, strapped by steel band and covered with polyethylene film or corrugated cardboard.

- polyethylene film on "COBRA" packing machine, the maximum weight of the package up to 30 kg.

To prevent rubbing, every profile in the package is separated from the others by paper.

The plant consistently improves the packaging schemes in use, ensuring on-time shipment and maximum safety of products during long-distance transportation.
